I’m Maeve Larkspur, a yoga teacher, wellness coach, and lifelong advocate for mindful living. After years of navigating burnout and seeking balance in a fast-paced world, I discovered how deeply yoga could transform not just the body, but the spirit. Though I’m based in Auckland, New Zealand, my heart is deeply connected to the UK community—where I’ve taught workshops, led retreats, and listened to countless stories of people longing for peace amid daily chaos. This platform is my way of sharing what I’ve learned, with honesty and heart.
